The Forge

The Forge offers a self-contained single storey accommodation with exposed roof trusses of 1,364 sq ft. (127 sq m approx) There are two separate smaller offices to one end of the building, with a large open plan area to the other. 

This building boasts oil-fired under-floor heating which maintains a constant ambient temperature throughout. This also helps to maximise the use of the space available.  There are toilets and a kitchen leading from the entrance lobby which has its own access controlled entry system. 

It has perimeter da-do trunking to accommodate electricity and network cabling again to maximise space to the full, with full access to the leased fibre line.

The Forge is currently occupied by Urban Planters Franchise Limited.
